  • Please share any dietary restrictions when you RSVP and we will ensure they are accommodated.

  • For any urgent questions on the wedding day, please contact parents or siblings of the bride and groom rather than the couple.

  • The reception will conclude at 1:00am. Please ensure safe transportation plans are arranged ahead of time.

  • Your presence is the greatest gift! Katrina & Dawson already have been living on their own for years and have a lot of items already to furnish a home together. If you wish to bring a gift or card, there will be a table at the reception or you can send an e-transfer to kdfenrich@gmail.com to help them start their lives together.

  • We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present. After the ceremony, feel free to capture the fun and send them to us after!

  • The venue cannot accommodate pets. Service animals are welcome.

  • Please RSVP here by March 1, 2026 so we can finalize seating and meals.

  • Permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

  • In the event of rain or extreme weather, the ceremony will move indoors on-site.

  • Hotels are available within 15 minutes of the venue in Southwest Edmonton and Nisku. The venue also allows trailers/RVs to stay on-site; however, there is no power or washroom access between 2:00am and 10:00am. If interested in trailer camping, please contact Dawson Fenrich (780) 678-7573.

    If you require accommodation, we recommend booking at the Nisku Inn or choosing a hotel in the Leduc or Nisku area, which is approximately 15 minutes from the venue.

  • Please arrive at 12:30pm to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins.

  • Enjoy refreshments, lawn games, and photo opportunities while the wedding party completes photos.

  • Please refer to your invitation for invited guests. While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children specifically listed over the age of 5.

  • The ceremony is outdoors (weather permitting), so please dress accordingly.

    Dress code: Formal attire in spring colours avoid all-black outfits. Please also don’t wear white or white patterns, so the bride can shine!

  • A full cash-bar including non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the reception. Please drink responsibly — bartenders can assist with taxis or rideshares.

    Please bring cash it will be $4 for non-alcoholic drinks (other than pop) and $5 per oz for drinks with alcohol.

  • We recommend eating lunch beforehand, as dinner will be served around 5:30pm. After the ceremony, enjoy lemonade, cocktails, and light snacks while socializing. More substantial food options are available nearby in Southwest Edmonton (Windermere).

  • Parking is available on-site. Please consider carpooling, and plan a safe ride home.
